Careers Week...
...at OJS!
Last Monday, Mr Evans launched the first OJS Careers Week with two special guests, Mel (a voice - over artist) and Vicky (a machine manufacturer). Mel then talked to the Media Team about why she loves her job and what skills you need.
The next day, the Lord Mayor came to visit, he talked to everyone and then did a question and answer session with year 6. Later on, we met Ian stringer, who spoke to us (the Media Team) about his job, a football commentator.
We also met football referee, Kevin Friend. He told the whole school about how he does his job.
