At Overdale Junior School, we understand that the death of a loved one can have a significant impact on children and their families. We are committed to providing a caring, compassionate and supportive environment for any child experiencing bereavement.
Our staff will work sensitively with families to understand individual needs and, where appropriate, provide emotional support, reassurance and signposting to further help.
If your family has been affected by a bereavement and you would like to discuss how we can support your child, please contact the school office and a member of our pastoral or safeguarding team will be happy to talk with you in confidence.
