Clubs and Activities

We offer a range of clubs and activities for the children, some held during the school day and some after school.  We have the EcOverdale environmental club.

Sports

We run a variety of sports clubs and teams, including basketball, netball, football, cross country, gymnastics & multi-sports. Some of these activities are run by external providers with qualified coaches and children must pay to attend. Others are free and are run by school staff.

Please note that lunch time Athletics/Cross Country training will continue to be divided over two lunch times.

Music

We have a choir club.

All pupils have the opportunity to learn musical instruments for free as part of our music curriculum. In addition to this, music teachers come into the school during the week to take individual and small group lessons for children who wish to participate: fees are payable for these lessons.  Fee payable lessons include Guitar, which you would need to book directly through the Leicestershire Music website.

Piano and percussion lessons are available on site, individually or in a group to children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.
